custom wedding invitations

It all starts with the invitation, and I want to help you kick things off with style.

Most importantly, it's YOUR wedding day. I think it's cool if you want to be yourself. I love creating design-driven invitations that really speak to the uniqueness of you and your partner.

After all, your wedding invitations are more than just paper. They are a sneak peek into the party your guests will never forget.

booKING & timeline

Bespoke invitations suites are custom and made-to-order. This means ample amount of time is needed to ensure a smooth design and production process. Design would start 6 months prior to your wedding date but booking with me at least 8-12 months out would be ideal. The earlier the better! I can sometimes accommodate shorter timeframes, so if you're in a pinch, just reach out to me.

If needing custom Save the Dates in addition to custom wedding invitations, I recommend booking 10-12 months out from your event.

investment

Starting investment for 100 5-piece invitation suites with no upgrades is $1,800

It is recommended that 10% of your wedding budget be allocated for your wedding stationery.

CUSTOM INVITATION PROCESS

To begin working with me, you'll need to fill out the custom invitation inquiry form found at the bottom of this page. This form serves to provide me with just enough information to provide you with a basic quote.

After I review your initial inquiry, I will create a basic proposal that includes estimates of everything you are interested in. Your selections are not set in stone at this point and may be adjusted after booking, all the way up until your invitations are sent to print.

To book my services and secure a spot on my design calendar, you will need to sign my custom stationery contract and pay a 50% non-refundable retainer.

Once officially booked, you will receive my welcome guide, design questionnaire, and will be given the option for a design consultation call.

This is where the fun begins! I begin the design phase with a mood board and sketch to get us pointed in the right direction in terms of design for your invitations. After that starts the design rounds where I provide you with digital mockups of your suite for you to review and provide feedback. I offer unlimited design rounds to make sure everything is absolutely perfect before sending to print.

Upon approval of the final design and wording, the final balance is due. This will include the remaining 50% from your initial invoice and will also include any upgrades/embellishments you added on during the design phase. Your suite will then get sent to print, and I will work on envelope addressing, and obtaining any other supplies needed to assemble your invitation suites.

Once back from printing, I will assemble your invitation suites with any embellishments that you have chosen.

Your fully assembled invitation suites are then shipped to you via the most reliable shipping options. All you have to do is apply outer envelope postage, seal, and mail to your guests!
